Please watch the video comparing and contrasting Disneyland and Disneyworld.  In the comment section tell which parts you found the most exciting and if you could only visit one of them which one would it be and why.

Reading Activitites March 25-29

Monday:
Follow the link to Study Zone and complete the compare and contrast activity.  Email me your results.

Tuesday:
Complete the spelling worksheet that was given to you in class and return it on Wednesday.

Wednesday:
Visit I Know That and play Punctuation Paintball.  Be prepared to share your thoughts and ideas in class on
 Thursday.

Thursday:
Complete the Parts of Speech Quiz on the Harcourt website.  This activity will help you study for the Parts of Speech quiz next week.

Work on Writing Activity March 25-29

Complete the following R.A.F.T. activity.  This assignment is due by the end of class on Friday, March 29th.

R = Role     A = Audience     F = Form     T = Topic
From Lesson # 3 “Danitra Brown Leaves Town”
     This exercise is to be completed in your Reading/Writing Journal. Label the top of the page with the Lesson Number and Story Title.
Role – Zuri  or Danitra
Audience – The girl you did not choose 
Format – Letter
Topic – Write a letter explaining why, even though Danitra went away on a vacation, the two girls are still best friends.  
     Remember to use descriptive language and details. Recheck your writing for errors before turning it in.
     If you finish before the other groups, read quietly at your seat.
